eclipse Helios has preconfigured update site for MAT but it is disabled
look in the "available software site" configuration page and enable the site to install the software

Some notes to help search engines and my memory... i've tried to keep track of solutions or tricks using files... but home directories are sometime lost or not distributed across more pcs and desktop search engines suck enough... so... the web is the best place to remember...
