finally i've set up a symbolic link to compiz-manager into ~/.kde4/Autostart and restarted the laptop... the hardest way is the lack of informations but it's still so young...

Some notes to help search engines and my memory... i've tried to keep track of solutions or tricks using files... but home directories are sometime lost or not distributed across more pcs and desktop search engines suck enough... so... the web is the best place to remember...
